How to use Cryptocurrency Blockexplorers

Learn how to use Digital Currency Blockexplorers

The Blockexplorer is meant to be a searchable database of all transactions that occur within a Altcoin or Bitcoin blockchain, think of it like an always viewable ledger without the names of who is sending and recieving, instead you see Wallet Addresses instead.

It's actually very easy to use, let's take the Bitcoin address from this site's donation page, it's - 1D9LBX32Kf2d6VReLYD5NYg8DkJqe6uJLJ. Now if we goto Blockchain.info and in the top righthand corner, if we paste the bitcoin address for this site that I just mentioned, we will be taken to this page you'll see no transactions have been made yet, you'll also see the number of transactions, the total about of Bitcoin recieved and the Final Balance, if we had recieved donations they would appear underneath the previously mentioned information

PLEASE DO NOT DONATE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS, IT'S NO LONGER WORKING NOR IN OUR CONTROL

Let's take a look at an older Bitcoin address we had and see. As you see on that page, we've had 36 transactions take place, with a total of 0.85875826 BTC and a final amount of 0.00000002 BTC. Underneath of that information you can see all the transactions that have taken place since the lifespan of that bitcoin address.

PLEASE DO NOT DONATE TO THAT ADDRESS, IT'S NO LONGER WORKING NOR IN OUR CONTROL
